Williams Partners L.P. Declares Per Unit Cash Distribution of 63.5 Cents for Fourth-Quarter 2009

, Okla.
– Williams Partners L.P. (NYSE: WPZ) announced today that the regular quarterly cash distribution its unitholders receive for fourth-quarter 2009 will be $0.635 per unit.

The board of directors of the partnership's general partner has approved the quarterly cash distribution, which is payable on Feb. 12, 2010, to unitholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 5.

Distribution Increase Expected for First-Quarter 2010

On Jan. 19, Williams Partners announced that it expected to raise the regular quarterly distribution to $0.6575 per LP unit beginning with the distribution for first-quarter 2010, a 3.5-percent increase.

This will mark the initial distribution increase as result of the strategic restructuring the partnership jointly announced with Williams (NYSE: WMB).  Please see the Jan. 19 news release for details.

Year-End Financial Results

Williams Partners plans to report its year-end 2009 financial results before the market opens on Thursday, Feb. 18.

Management will discuss the results during a live webcast beginning at 11 a.m. EST the same day. Participants are encouraged to access the webcast at www.williamslp.com. Slides will be available for viewing, downloading and printing on the morning of Feb. 18.
