The partnership’s business objectives are to generate stable cash flows sufficient to make quarterly cash distributions to our unitholders and to increase quarterly cash distributions over time.
Williams Partners manages its business and analyzes its results of operations on a segment basis. The partnership’s operations are divided into two business segments:

- Midstream Gas and Liquids — includes the partnership’s natural gas gathering, treating and processing business and is comprised of several wholly-owned and partially-owned subsidiaries.
